A COUPLE OF LOCAL FAVES
BEATS + FLOW
An uplifting sequence with upbeat acoustics
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Bobby describes his relationship to yoga as ever-evolving, and sharing this sacred practice is what brings him joy in teaching others. He continues to explore the inner workings of himself to develop his practice in mind and body, and to help his students do the same. Bobby values community connection, and his classes are always led with a big smile and a relaxed demeanor.
Bobby is an Ambassador for Lululemon Vail, and is co-owner and sales director of Colorado Yoga + Life Magazine. He is also the founder of Big Heart Big Hands, a nonprofit that supports mountain safety and awareness.
At the heart of all his endeavors, Scotty Stoughton is an artist. He lives and breathes through music and the world that holds its sound waves. On stage as front man with Bonfire Dub or behind the scenes producing The WinterWonderGrass Festival, Stoughton values music as more than a platform where rhythm meets beat. For him, it’s what sets the stage for a life worth living, a vision worth having and a dream worth creating. Stoughton’s production company, Bonfire Entertainment, puts a spotlight on community and interpersonal connection, and the overall impact we have on the land on which we stand. His support of international and local non-profit organizations, along with local involvement through music and the river sports company he co-founded, Stand Up Paddle Colorado, keeps his hands moving quickly without ever losing the beat. He recently spent 21 days Stand Up Paddling the Grand Canyon as well as releasing the third Bonfire Dub album.
