ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORs:
BOBBY L’HEUREUX
At the heart of his work, Bobby L’Heureux thrives on community and connection. Bobby lives in the Vail Valley where he teaches yoga, co-owns CO YOGA + Life® Magazine, and Big Heart Big Hands, a non-profit that supports mountain safety and awareness. He is an ambassador for Lululemon Athletica Vail, and his yoga classes are always led with a big smile and a relaxed demeanor. Bobby describes his relationship to yoga as ever-evolving, and sharing this sacred practice is what brings him joy in teaching others. He continues to explore the inner workings of himself to develop his practice in mind and body, and to help his students do the same.
KIM FULLER
Based in Vail, Kim Fuller is a yoga teacher and freelance writer, editor and photojournalist. She is the co-owner and editor-in-chief for CO YOGA + Life® Magazine. As a yoga teacher and a freelance writer, Kim is always excited to share movement and words with the world. She finds inspiration for teaching and writing through a love of nature, paired with the power of igniting energy, language and connection. Kim has an avid love for outdoor activities that yoga complements — running, biking, hiking, backpacking, skiing, snowshoeing — and I also enjoy keeping up with interests in photography, guitar, reading and cooking. Join Kim for a deep, heartfelt flow — breaking through blocks for new pathways to an authentic and empowered existence.
