EASY ROLLING
Whether you are a pro athlete or weekend warrior, treat your body to a post recovery session that includes foam rolling for tired and sore muscles. This class will take participants through a self-massage using rollers to ease muscle tension to get you back on the trail, river or course in no time at all.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
CHRIS LINDLEY
Chris is the Chief Population Health Officer for Vail Health, and the Executive Director of Eagle Valley Behavioral Health. Prior to leading the Population Health strategy and the Behavioral Health Service Line at Vail Health he was the Director of Eagle County Public Health and Environment.
Chris and his wife Corina live in Eagle with their two children and are the founders and owners of Endorphin, a functional fitness chain offering indoor cycling, HIIT, and yoga with five Colorado locations. Chris is also the founder and co-owner of Bounce Stapleton, Denver’s largest recreational gymnastics facility. Prior to moving to Eagle, Chris was the Director of Colorado’s Public Health Emergency Preparedness Division and led Colorado’s obesity and prevention efforts as the Director of Prevention at the State Health Department from 2003 – 2014. Chris’s education and passion revolve around improving the public’s health and emergency response. Chris is a decorated combat veteran, receiving a Bronze Star while leading troops in Iraq.
