FREE EVENT  |  All-Levels Morning Flow- Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this all-levels flow will get you into your body and ready for whatever the rest of your day has in store for you. We will open up the shoulders, side body, and hips- expect to leave feeling energized and ready for an epic Colorado summer day!

Join us in the open air of the Mountain Games’s Zen Zone (Lower Bench, Ford Park near the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater) for a FREE yoga class with Arielle Shipe!

ARIELLE SHIPE

Arielle Shipe is best known for her adventurous spirit and passion for personal development/growth which she shares on Instagram and YouTube. With over a decade of practice and nearly 1500 teacher training hours, the yoga tradition is the foundation for all the things she teaches and shares. Her motto is: Work Hard, Play Hard. Rest hard. Yoga is a multifaceted gem that is there to meet you wherever you need it most. Rules

All participants and staff of the GoPro Mountain Games must wear a face covering when 6 feet of distance cannot be kept from non-household members and must follow the Eagle County 5 Commitments of Containment:

  1. I will maintain 6 feet of physical distance
  2. I will wash my hands often
  3. I will cover my face in public
  4. I will stay home when I am sick
  5. I will get tested immediately if I have symptoms
COVID-19 WARNING:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and customers with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By participating in the Mountain Games Elements yoga event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Lower Bench, Ford Park near the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail, CO


Free parking is available in the Town of Vail main parking structure. Please give yourself 10 minutes to walk from the main parking structure to Ford Park for the class.

Check-in for Yoga with Arielle Shipe will start at 7:30am on Saturday, July 18 and will take place at Ford Park Lower Bench adjacent to Gerald Ford Amphitheater and Betty Ford Alpine Gardens.


Free parking is available at the Town of Vail’s Main Parking Structure

Arrive with enough time to walk or use public transportation – get off at Manor Vail or Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater. (~10 minutes)


Please plan on bringing the following items with you to class:

  • Facemask
  • Yoga mat or Beach towel
  • Water bottle (refillable at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater)

Other helpful items to bring:

  • Sunscreen
  • Hat/Visor
  • Sunglasses
  • Post-class snack
  • Additional layers/jackets (weather can change quickly)

No. This event will take place in the main lawn area of the Lower Bench of Ford Park near the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater. There will be little to no shaded areas available. Please plan on bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat/visor, and additional layers to combat the morning sun.

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-ups as the area needs to be set up in accordance with the State/County guidelines. Registration for this event closes Friday, July 17 at 6:00pm.

No. As long as you are outdoors and able to maintain 6-feet of distance between you and other participants.

Please plan on bringing a facemask with you as it will be required for check-in and when you cannot safely maintain 6-feet of distance from other participants.

As this is a free event there are no refunds.  We ask that if you are unable to attend this event for any reason to please let us know at registration@vvf.org, this will allow us to open your spot for another person who might like to attend.
