ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
RACHEL DELONG
Rachel spends her time teaching yoga and mindfulness, playing in nature and is committed to being of service! Her classes are down to earth, heart-felt and inspiring! She is a mentor for Africa Yoga Project and works with Children’s Global Alliance, a local non-profit that takes youth to teach and serve globally. She lives in Eagle Colorado with her 2 boys and husband.
