HOW IT WORKS:

1. Use your GoPro to capture photos and videos from the shot list.
2. Turn your shots into an awesome video using the Quik app, available free at the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™. Or submit multiple video clips and photos.
3. Submit your videos and photos to the Scavenger Hunt Challenge on gopro.com/awards by June 17, and share to Facebook or Instagram with #GoProMtnGames and #GoProAwards.

Our favorite Quik video will score a GoPro Fusion. Our other favorite videos and photos will earn cash money and more.

SHOT LIST

1. Wild Ones: Get footage of your pup or any woodland creature you meet.
2. Eat It: Grab a shot of grabbing a bite.
3. Mountain Majesty: Show us nature’s splendor. Tree hugging encouraged.
4. Grizzled: From the mountain to the mud run, see what your rugged GoPro can do.
5. Splasher: Dunk your GoPro in the creek, pool or your drink of choice.
6. Family Moment: Don’t let the family fun go uncaptured!
7. Artsy: Find some cool art throughout the venue.
8. Air Shot: Capture a sweet mid-air moment with a burst or time lapse photo.
9. Selfie: Show us what you’re up to.
10. Hoots + Hollers: Include a moment of awesome audio.

TIPS + TRICKS

• Shoot with a story in mind. Think about a beginning, middle, and end.
• Capture a variety of photos and short clips (under 60 seconds) to create your video.
• Keep it interesting with different perspectives and angles.
• Recommended video mode: 1080p60 fps

Do my photos and videos have to be shot with a GoPro?

Yes!  But you can throw in a few shots captured with your phone if you’re creating a video using Quik app.

What if I don’t have a GoPro?

No worries, we’ve got you covered. Roll over to the GoPro Experience area in Gear Town and we’ll set you up with a loaner camera, or you can buy your own right here.

Can I submit multiple photos and video clips?

Yes, more the better!  All submissions should be GoPro photos and/or video clips.

Do I need a GoPro account?

Yes. Create your free account at gopro.com/login.

Where do I get the Quik app?

Download Quik for free at the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™.

How long should my video clips be?

Please keep it to 60 seconds or less.

Does my photos and videos have to feature everything on the shot list?

Your photos can feature any of the items on the shot list. Videos should include at least 5 shots from the list.

How do I submit my photos and videos to GoPro?

Submit at the Scavenger Hunt Challenge on gopro.com/awards and share to Facebook or Instagram with #GoProMtnGames and #GoProAwards.

What awards do I have a shot at for the Scavenger Hunt Challenge?
