Join Yvonne and DJ AllieOop for an all levels vinyasa practice designed to move, breathe, and flow in rhythm with live music. Guided by the energy of the mountains and a thoughtfully curated soundtrack, this experience blends intentional movement, steady challenge, and moments of release. You will leave feeling grounded, energized, and fully tuned in, ready to step into the rest of your day with clarity and presence.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Yvonne deGorter Glassman

Yvonne is the owner of Yoga Off Broadway in Eagle, Colorado. A Vail Valley local since 2007, she brings over 19 years of experience teaching yoga to students of all levels, from first-time practitioners to seasoned teachers. Her classes are lighthearted, grounded, and intelligently sequenced, balancing mindful challenge with space for release, reflection, and nervous system regulation.

Yvonne is known for creating an inclusive, supportive environment where students are encouraged to explore both physical strength and inner steadiness. She has continued her studies in yoga, meditation, trauma-informed teaching, and leadership with Seane Corn, Hala Khouri, Suzanne Sterling, Rod Stryker, R.R. Shakti, Jim Keegan, and others, and she remains deeply committed to evolving her teaching in service of her community.
