ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Rachel DeLong
Rachel brings over 20 years of experience and 1,000+ hours of training to her yoga and meditation classes. She teaches Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Chakra Yoga, and Meditation, and is inspired by yoga’s transformative ability to build resilience, ease, and vitality. Her 25-year personal healing journey deeply shapes her teaching, which emphasizes alignment and breath as pathways to awareness and self-discovery.
In addition to being a certified yoga instructor, Rachel is a Holistic Life Coach, Playing Big Facilitator, and Reiki Master, and is passionate about helping others connect with their inner wisdom.
