VOLUNTEER HQ (VHQ)
The VHQ is located on the main level of the Golden Peak Lodge, at 458 Vail Valley Drive.
- You will need to stop by VHQ prior to your first shift to pick up your Volunteer Gift Package, which includes your uniform and credential.
- VHQ is also the place to go if you have questions about your schedule, need additional information about a shift or for any general information you need.
All Volunteers need to Check In and Check Out daily for their shift. Below you’ll find the check in/out locations and additional information.
VHQ HOURS OF OPERATION:
- Wed, June 3 | 11 AM-6 PM
- Thur, June 4 | 7 AM-6 PM
- Fri, June 5 | 7 AM-6 PM
- Sat, June 6 | 7 AM-6 PM
- Sun, June 7 | 7 AM-6 PM
DAILY CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Volunteers will check in prior to each shift and check out following their shift to confirm who is helping on site each day and to make sure everyone is off the mountain safely.
Check in and out instructions will vary depending on your role and shift location. Please refer to your daily shift reminder email for tailored information.
- You can always Check in and out at VHQ inside the Golden Peak Lodge (main level), where there will be VHQ staff available to help you with this process and answer any questions.
- Some off-site roles will check in/out directly at their meeting location, with their Volunteer Coordinators or using the self-check-in option on Rosterfy.
