  • NEW FOR 2025! Volunteer HQ will be in a new location for 2025 located at the Golden Peak Lodge Building, adjacent to product pick up (Main Level). 458 Vail Valley Drive, Vail.
  • Volunteers will check-in at VHQ prior to their first shift and pick up their credential and Volunteer Gift Redemption Card which you will need to pick up your uniform.
  • VHQ is also the place to go if you have questions about your schedule, need additional information about a shift or for any general information you need.
     

DAILY CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 

  • Each day, Volunteers will check-in prior to their shift and check-out following their shift to confirm who is helping on site each day and to make sure everyone is off the mountain safely. 
  • Check-In and check-out are at VHQ inside the Golden Peak Lodge (main level), adjacent to the product pick up area. There will be VHQ staff available to help you with check-in and answer any questions.
