Parking lots during the GoPro Mountain Games fill quickly. Volunteers are reminded to plan ahead and allow plenty of time to arrive to their daily shifts on time.
Volunteers are encouraged to carpool, walk, bike and/or use public transportation as options.
Please note that, starting May 30th, Summer parking fees will apply to all Vail parking structures.
Fees will be $2/hour, with the first hour free and a maximum of $10/day in all structures.
After 3PM, parking will be free in the Vail Village, Lionshead and Red Sandstone structures; and the event rate of $20 will start at the Ford Park lot.
Winter parking passes will be honored this summer and offer discounted rates in the structures.
Overflow parking on the north side of the South Frontage Road will be allowed once both village parking structures are full. No parking will be allowed on the south side of the Frontage Road at any time.
Take advantage of the increased free Town of Vail and Core Transit bus service this summer, including express bus service to Ford Park.
