We look forward to celebrating YOU at the Volunteer-only Thank You & Kickoff Party!  

Join us Tuesday, June 2 at 6:00 PM at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater for an exclusive night filled with great food, big laughs, and fun giveaways. Just bring the good vibes, we’ll handle the rest! 

PLEASE NOTE:

We will be celebrating our efforts as a group with a Thank you & Welcome Kickoff party on Tuesday, June 3 at 6:00 PM at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater.

• The event is free for eligible volunteers supporting the event only. No guests will be allowed.
• Volunteers must RSVP to attend. Look for an email with RSVP instructions that will be sent mid-May.
• Park at the Vail Village Parking structures, which are free after 3pm.
  • Free Vail Bus: From the Vail Village structures, you may hop on a free bus to get to The Amp. There are a couple of bus routes to choose from including Golf Course, East Vail, or Intown. For more information, visit the Town of Vail website.
  • Walking directions: From the Vail Village parking structure, exit to the east. Walk northeast toward the softball fields until you see the paved walkway into the park on your right. Follow that path straight down to the Amphitheater. You can also take the Gore Creek Trail directly to the venue.
