Every Now and Zen – A Mindful Slow Flow Experience:  The GoPro Mountain Games invites you to this nourishing fusion of mindful, unhurried vinyasa yoga with a focus on breath and mindfulness in motion. Leave class feeling refreshed, clear-minded and energized. 

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Ally Dale

Ally Dale (she/her) is the founder and lead facilitator of Ally Flows Yoga, and a 200-hour graduate of the Mindful School of Yoga in Grand Rapids, MI. Ally Flows Yoga is based in Nashville, TN, but specializes in virtual and remote class offerings that reach and connect a widely-based community.  
 
Ally seeks to create safe and accessible spaces for practitioners to connect with their bodies and inner wisdom through movement and mindfulness. Ally’s background in dance leads her to emphasize embodiment and flow in her classes, while she also draws inspiration from music, nature and her community.  Photo by: Joshua Black Wilkins

Daniel Rodriguez

A founding member of the band Elephant Revival, Daniel wrote and sang some of their most well known songs, such as Birds and Stars and Sing to the Mountain, to name only a couple. They disbanded in 2018 after playing their last show to a sold out Red Rocks. Creativity became a therapeutic balm in the wake of the breakup. He has since recorded and released multiple solo records and toured nationally and internationally to enthusiastic audiences.
